On occasion, we have a boat that doesn’t come out perfect. Generally, we have to patch a small leak and since the boat is then tested and comes with our full warranty we would like to pass that one to our buyers.

Our inflatable rafts are a lightweight product to be handled with care, we do guarantee all workmanship on our seams and valves. If there is ever an issue with the workmanship of the boat, we will repair or replace at no cost for 5 years from the purchase date to the original purchaser. Due to the conditions, the boats can be put in we can’t guarantee against leaks, tears or gashes that could be caused from bumping into rocks, cacti, twigs and other obstacles in nature.
